Responsibilities

Responsible for full spectrum of monthly financial accounting from preparation, reconciling, closing, reporting, forecasting and analysis.

Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities & external parties (external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities) to support and ensure compliance with all statutory and internal finance & tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms

Assist in new processes and system implementation
Requirements

Degree in Accountancy, or equivalent or currently pursuing ACCA Level 2

Deep knowledge and Proficiency in Sage/ACCPAC system is a MUST
-
At least 5 years of experience in similar capacity

Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Meticulous and positive

A self-starter who is able to multiple task, plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently under tight deadlines

Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Immediate availability or able to start work at short notice preferred
