Senior Manager (People Development)

Full Time

A professional role in leading the full spectrum of HR functions in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with Business Unit Heads and Departmental Heads as a team to strive for business excellence. Your role in driving people development and talent management for a high-performance workforce is essential. You will be leading the development and implementation of a digitalization plan to optimise the HR efficiencies by creating data-centric systems to support an industry leader committed to a digital future.


  • Head the department in both strategic and operational aspects of the HR spectrum, relating to Benefits & Compensation, Talent Acquisition & Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, HR Information Security Systems
    · A strategic business partner and advisor to operations leaders
    · Advisor to top management in matters relating to compliance with government regulations, with a focus on manpower and people development
    · Review and evolve HR policies and procedures
    · Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external laws and guidelines, such as employment law or company policy and procedures



  • Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines with minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources
    · Prior experience with digital transformation is beneficial
    · Good understanding of the local labour law and legislation with excellent knowledge of HR best practices
    · Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
    · Self-driven with a high level of commitment, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
