    • Reporting to Project Manager
    • Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programmes
    • Liaise with Consultants for technical issues, and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
    • Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to building works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards is maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
  • Requirement
    • Degree in architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent. PE Board recognized Degree is preferred
    • 2 - 5 years' experience in building or civil engineering project
    • Experience in external works will be advantageous

  • Responsiblities
    • Reporting to M&E Manager/ Project Manager
    • Design and provide advice on various building services, such as air-conditioning, ventilation, water supply and treatment, refrigeration, waste treatment and disposal, fire protection, gas supply, materials handling and equipment such as engines, boilers, pumps and compressors
    • Work with other civil engineers regarding water supply and treatment as well as chemical engineers on waste treatment and disposal
    • Plan installations and test operations
    • Maintain and repair mechanical systems
    • Submit work plans to relevant authorities
    • Evaluate tenders received for mechanical works
  • Requirement
    • Degree in Mechanical & Electrical/Building Services Engineer
    • AutoCad Skills are preferred
    • Min. 2 years on site experience

    • Supervise site work, check progress and inspect work materials to meet safety standards
